After Care Program

This program operates on days that school is in full session

Monday – Friday from 2:00PM – 5:30PM

Program Overview

Children are called down from their classrooms directly to the cafeteria.  They have time for a snack and then have the opportunity to go outside or to the gym.  After that, they are instructed to do homework and are given some support if they have questions.  Upon completion of homework, there is usually a craft project and there are plenty of toys and games available to entertain them until they are picked up.

Fees

First child in family: $13 per day

Second child in family: $7 per day

Any student picked up after 5:30 will be charged $5.00 per child for the first 15 minutes and $7.00 per child for each additional 15 minutes.

All payments are due on Thursdays upon pick-up. Payments are due one week in advance. Checks must be made payable to St. Mary’s Academy. A late fee of $5.00 will be charged for any payments not received by Friday at 2:00 p.m.

Please remember, in order to maintain a quality program, prompt payments are required. Failure to adhere to this policy could result in termination of services.
