10/12/11 - notes
- Representatives from Bishop Ludden did a small presentation to parents.
- A vote was taken in favor of running the Magazine Drive in late November in time for Christmas.
- Halloween dance preparations were discussed.
- Winding down SaveAround Syracuse fundraiser was discussed. A reminder to families to submit orders or return books will be sent out.
- Discussed other possible fundraising options.
11/9/11 - notes
- After careful consideration, the magazine drive will be moved to February.
- We are prepping for the Spaghetti dinner. Jen Bartell and Ann Bridge are chairing this event. We hope to have a bake sale at the dinner.
- We are planning to add a family movie night on December 9th. We plan to show 2 movies; one for the Pre-K - 2nd grade audience and something for the 3rd - 6th graders. Possibly having popcorn, cookies & hot chocolate. Kids can come in their PJ's. More details will follow.
- We received some input on some spring fundraisers. Parents who attended the meeting were open to another candle sale, candy sale and Delta Sonic. We are looking into timing for these events.

1/11/12 - notes
- Reviewed 2011 events held in November and December (Spaghetti Dinner, Plant Sale, Bake Sale, Book Fair, Movie Night, Parent's Mass.) Response and attendance to all events were great!
- Upcoming Events:
- Lunch for students and teachers during Catholic Schools Week (Parents Club is aware of the days for lunches and is making plans to cover them.)
- Magazine Drive - Start 2/6/12. This will be chaired by AnaMaria Murabito.
- Barnes and Noble - 2/12/12. This will be chaired by Joyce Barker and Ann Keeney.
- Yankee Candle Sale - Based on response from last meeting, Parents Club decided to add this. Timing will run from 3/19/12 - 4/2/12 in time for Mother's Day.
- Muffins for Moms - adding for 5/14/12.
- Donuts for Dads - adding for 6/11/12.
- Yearbook Committee will be chaired by Robin Benware.
- April Parents Club meeting needs to be moved due to school break. New date is 4/18/12.
