Principal's Corner
Hello Friends: 
My name is Renae Henderson and this is my first year as Principal at St. Mary's Academy. I have taught 5th and 6th grade for 10 years at Holy Cross School in Dewitt. Prior to teaching, I spent 20 years as a Registered Nurse in the Syracuse area.
I received my R.N. License from St. Elizabeth Hospital School of Nursing, my undergraduate degree from Empire State College, my M.S. degree from Syracuse University and my Certificate of Advanced Study in Building Leadership from LeMoyne College.
From the moment I entered St. Mary's Academy, I felt welcome. So far the most rewarding experience has been to hear how I am making a difference. It is rewarding to hear students say they like their school and are happy here!
